Melanie Jade Boulerice is a registered nurse, serial entrepreneur, and faith-driven mentor with over 13 years of experience spanning emergency room trauma care, psychiatry, and healthcare innovation. A graduate of John Abbott College (2013) and St. Francis Xavier University (BSN, 2019), Melanie built her career in the high-stakes environment of emergency medicine while simultaneously identifying critical gaps in healthcare accessibility and nursing education.

Driven by a passion to bridge these gaps, Melanie created a comprehensive preparation program for nursing students tackling Quebec's OIIQ/OIIAQ licensing exams. As an instructor at John Abbott College, she guided over 200 students to an impressive 90% pass rate through personalized tutoring, study tools, and mentorship that eased their transition into professional practice.

In 2019, Melanie launched the Nomadic Nurse Agency, a pioneering mobile nursing company and placement agency serving pharmacies and clinics across Montreal. When COVID-19 struck, her agency became one of the first to deliver mobile PCR and rapid testing services directly to homes, dramatically expanding healthcare access during a critical time. Her innovative work earned national recognition on CTV, CityTV, CBC, and CJAD radio, as well as international features in podcasts and German publications. She received multiple awards for community achievement and entrepreneurship.

Melanie's expertise led to her promotion as Nurse Resource Manager at McGill University Health Centre, where she supported healthcare professionals, managed hospital operations, and served as a liaison across institutions. She also taught as a Clinical Instructor for McGill's BSN program, shaping the next generation of nurses through hands-on clinical education.

Despite her professional success, Melanie experienced profound burnout that left her searching for deeper meaning. In 2023, she discovered the missing piece: her Christian faith. As she rooted herself in Christ, healing flowed into every area of her life. This transformation ignited a new mission—to help healthcare professionals and others break free from burnout and limiting beliefs to discover purpose-driven living grounded in faith.

Today, Melanie operates multiple ventures including Nomadic Nurse Network, Maison Précieuse (a Christian coffee brand), and the Christian Women in Business Conference. As a travel nurse and business mentor, she combines clinical expertise with entrepreneurial acumen and faith-based transformation principles. Actively involved in her local church and studying theology under her pastor's mentorship, Melanie empowers clients to integrate faith into their wellness journeys.
